About Sablecraft

Sablecraft is a one-woman design studio run by artist and writer Mary Ethel Rockcastle in Canandaigua, New York. I make handmade felt banners, art prints, stickers, and other assorted objects for people with very specific senses of humor. Most of my work lives somewhere between fiber arts, pop culture deep cuts, and silly design stuff.

Whenever possible, I use reclaimed, secondhand, or deadstock materials in my work. Everything is designed in-house, and many pieces are handmade in small batches, which means no two are exactly alike.
